Does it cost anything to subscribe to Brownhub?
Absolutely not! Signing up for our site and our mailing list is completely free, nor are there hidden fees to purchase vouchers. If you never see a deal you like, you never have to buy one. Of course, we think you'll quickly find something that catches your attention.
When do I get my voucher?
After you purchase a deal, your voucher will be sent to you right away. In the confirmation email you will have an option to either print out your voucher or have it sent to you iOS or Android device.
Do I need to get other people to sign up?
Getting friends and relatives involved increases the chance that a deal will reach the minimum number, but nobody is required to refer others. We will soon introduce unique incentives for referrals, however, so stay tuned!
When I get my voucher, do I have to use it immediately?
Each deal will have a separate expiration date. Be sure to check the stipulations of the individual deal, but Brownhub strives at all times to make using their services convenient and hassle-free.
Can I buy vouchers for others?
How generous! We like you. Yes you can. We typically allow up to three additional vouchers to be purchased as gifts, but be sure to check the stipulations of the individual deal.
What is a side deal?
The body of the main page has our featured deal, but you can always find other great Brownhub deals along the right side of your browser. Often, these are extended offers on featured deals of days past. At Brownhub, we stay hustlin.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Fear not, valued customer! If you input your password incorrectly on the page, a red message should appear at the bottom of your screen asking you if you have forgotten your password. If you click it, you should receive an email that confirms your password.
What payment methods do you accept?
Brownhub gladly accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Can I cancel my purchase?
All sales are final. Besides, our deals are far too cool to cancel.
Can I get my business on Brownhub?
Absolutely! We are always ready to hear from potential partners. We recommend the contact us tab at the bottom of your screen, or shooting an email to info@brownhub.com
My voucher has expired. What can I do?
If for whatever reason you miss the deadline for the discount, the voucher remains valid for two years, though it will only be worth the amount of money you paid for it. Any discounts will be lost. So, if you paid $10 for $20 worth of food but missed the discount deadline, you still have two years to exchange the voucher- but only for $10.
I lost my voucher! How do I get a new one?
We have got your back, my absent-minded friend. Follow the instructions for Look up my order in the my account tab, then print out a new voucher.
